We offer three distinct membership levels within our loyalty program. The levels is determined by the number of points in your account, which is based on your purchases and returns.

When you log in to your account, you will be able to see your current membership level, as well as the benefits and bonus vouchers available to you at that time.

No3: 0 - 9999 POINTS (our entry level)

No2: 10000 - 19999 POINTS

No1: 20000 POINTS and above

Membership is free. Members must provide a valid email address and agree to receive communications from Cavour Closet.

Members earn points on all eligible purchases both in-store and online. Points are calculated based on the total of purchases and returns made over a period. Accumulated points are converted into a voucher two to four times a year, which you can use on your next purchase.

Since we operate with different currencies, we use points instead.

The value of one point depends on the exchange rate and currency.

The number of points you earn per purchase depends on your membership level, various promotions, and what you buy.

If we suspect that membership levels are being abused or used in a manner they are not intended for, we reserve the right to change membership levels or remove points from the account.
