Orders & My account
Can I cancel my order?
If you have not yet received shipping information, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow our return policy to return the product. Make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will try help. Please send us an email contact@cavour.co with the following text “Please cancel my order nr XZXXXXZ8”. Soon after your order is submitted, our warehouse will begin processing it. We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we most likely cannot make any changes in an already confirmed order. This is because the order may already be in the process of being prepared for shipment in our warehouse
Can I make changes to my order?
We can assist with making certain changes to your order if the order has not been shipped, such as updating the address and phone number. However, for changes such as adding or replacing products, we almost always recommend placing a new order after canceling the incorrect one. Modifying an existing order can sometimes lead to complications related to payment, customs, delivery, or returns. Therefore, it is often more efficient to cancel and create a new order.
How can I make a special request for my order?
We will try to help if you have any special requests, but please contact our support in advance. We will respond to let you know if we are able to accommodate your request. We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, there are no guarantees to fulfill your request before your order is prepared for shipment by the warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
Christmas Gifts Return Policy
When you shop online, you always have a 14-day return window for a refund. If you purchased Christmas gifts and the 14-day return window has passed, we still offer exchanges until January 12.
Exchanges can be made in our store or online. Please contact us via email if you need assistance.
I only receive one return label, I have 2 (or more) boxes
If you need to use two or more boxes for your return, please begin by registering the items for the first box and complete the process. Once that is done, repeat the process to receive a new waybill for the second box. It is important to print both return labels and ensure that you do not use the same label for different boxes. If you've already completed the registration of your return and need another return label, you need to contact us, and we will assist you.
Can I return items bought on sale?
All items, purchased online, whether full price or on sale, can be returned if you notify us within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Items bought in store on sale cannot be returned.

Loyalty Program & Bonus
How do you calculate Bonus?
We have different currencies, but to issue bonus checks, everything is converted to NOK.
For example, if you are at level 3 and purchase full-price items for 1000 NOK, you will get 10% back, which equals 100 NOK.
We register 1000 NOK towards your loyalty level, and when the bonus is paid out later, this will give you a check for 100 NOK.
Same example for purchases in EUR:
Your order is 100 EUR, and 10% will give you 10 EUR.
These 10 EUR will be converted to NOK to calculate your loyalty level and earned bonus. Depending on the exchange rate, this will be around 100 NOK.
Later, when we pay out bonus checks, your total bonus in NOK will be paid out in a bonus check converted back to your currency, so there may be small differences due to the exchange rate.
You will retain 1000 NOK in your loyalty level for 12 months after the purchase. During the bonus run, only the bonus points are reset for the next bonus.
Loyalty level
We have 3 different levels that give you various benefits. The level is based on your purchase and return history from the last 12 months.
Log in to your account to see your current level, what you need to reach the next level, and an overview of your bonus.
How do use my bonus?
The earned bonus will remain in your account until we decide to issue the bonus gift card for you to use. Typically, this occurs twice a year.

Complaints
How do I register a Claim
To register your claim online, please visit the same location where you register a return online. Provide your order number and email, and then select claim and specific product. To properly investigate the case, we require both a picture and a comment. Once you have completed the registration we will review your claim and contact you. If possible, we prefer that you visit the store in person rather than registering the claim online. Please bring the product along with the order number when you visit the store.
Bought online, could I stop by the store with a claim?
If possible, we prefer that you visit the store in person rather than registering the claim online. Please bring the product along with the order number when you visit the store We may not always be able to resolve the case immediately, and sometimes we require additional time to retain the product for a secondary assessment by our claims team.
Is pilling a valid reason for filing a claim?
Almost always the answer in no. It is important to note that pilling is considered a normal characteristic of many fabrics and is not considered a defect or a valid claim. Pilling can occur over time with use, and in some cases, it may even start to pill initially depending on the materials used in conjunction with the product. However, pilling is a natural occurrence and not indicative of poor quality or a faulty product.
