All items purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date you received the order.

The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging

• Free Returns for New Customers: New customers will initially enjoy free return on their first two orders. This allows you to try different sizes and styles without any cost concerns

• Customer Experience: We want our new customers to feel comfortable exploring Cavour clothing and finding the perfect fit. That’s why we’re offering free returns for new customers during their initial purchases.

• Return History Calculation: After the initial period, the cost of returns will be calculated based on your return history. If you return more than 20% of your purchases, return shipping costs will apply. This approach encourages more thoughtful purchasing decisions.

• Environmental Considerations: We recognize the environmental impact of frequent shipping back and forth. By implementing a return cost system based on return history, we aim to reduce unnecessary returns and promote more mindful shopping habits.

Return Shipping Cost Tiers

The return shipping cost will be determined by the percentage of items returned:

• 0-20%: You will get free returns.

• 21-50%: You will pay half price of return cost.

• 51-80%: Standard return cost*

• 81-100%: You pay the return cost plus an additional fee.

Please note that the return shipping cost will vary depending on your country and currency. Different regions have different shipping costs, and we will adjust the return fees accordingly to reflect these differences.

Return rates:

• 0-20%: You will get free returns.

The price depends on the order and your previous return history. Free returns apply to the first two purchases, and after that, it will be calculated based on your purchases and the number of returns. If there is a fee for the return, it will be displayed in the final step before you confirm the return. This also applies if you return in-store and we register the return for you

If you paid for shipping to have your order delivered to you, this cost will not be refunded if you return your order.
